Okays, tot today i wld be pretty free at this counter cos i got this counter 2 days back & everything was pretty smooth.
Then, realised ____ yesterday.
Things were pretty okays be4 my lunch break.
After break, blah blah.
There was this customer, who came, and idk how to key in -.-''
Ok whatever, it was my fault uh.
Said dozens of sorry(s).
Then, call came in.
Senior said within 3 rings must pick up, so i picked up lorxz.
That cust searching for Esther K.
At 1st i tot she was looking for a promoter uh.
Then fine, then this customer told me:
Can you like carry on with your work? You are not a reception.Feel like telling her: FCUK. It was our job to answer the phone what. If not the phone there for what? -.-
Then came this fckard irritating customer.
She bought $180 + , payment via master.
Then, i alr swiped her card, which means payment has alr been made.
Then she told me: Can you separate the items? into $80 per receipt ( cos $80 can redeem 1 free notebook planner )
My reply: But payment has alr been made.
Her reply: Oh. You can ask your manager or what to do this for you.
Fcuk mans. Are you that in need of notebooks? I had tons of them -.-
SUPER AUNTIE mans.
Ok lorxz, i page for senior.
Then she came, that fcuker went off.
I tot everything ll be alright.
But i was WRONG!
She came back again.
Showing me the receipt that why no 25% off, cos there stated 25% off.
I told her cos she has got no coupons.
Then she went to find the promoter.
Fcuk -.-''!
Cos when she made payment, promoter went for dinner.
Then page for senior again.
Then blah blah.
Senior alr told her thats shes gg to void the $180 ++ trans.
She like dont believe.
Auntie ah. What for bluff or scam you?
DAMN .......... fcuked up man.
Aft that, senior told me: Your this customer very ... ( in chi )
My reply: Yea lorxz, fan si le ( d@Mn irritated )
Hope i wont be assigned to this counter anymore mans.
But today i balanced :D
Kind of cheer-ed up cos of this.
